• Unicorn Status: Oxyzo achieved unicorn status (a valuation of $1 billion) in 2022 following its Series A equity round. Its holding company, OfBusiness, is valued at $2.9 billion in its latest (2024) equity round and is expected to raise $1 billion through its planned IPO in 2025.

• Ample Liquidity: As of September 30, 2024, the company’s asset-liability maturity profile exhibited comfortable positive cumulative gaps across all time buckets. As of November 30, 2024, the company maintained adequate liquid balances (including unutilized bank lines) of approximately ₹1,405 crore. This, without considering further collections, is sufficient to cover estimated debt servicing for the next two months.
