Any of your queries & requests shall be responded to within fifteen working days of receipt. Appropriate resolution shall be provided as soon as possible depending upon the nature of the request/ concern.

While mentioning complaint/ grievance, you shall be required to provide the following information:

  1. a) Personal Details
    1. (i) Name
    2. E-mail ID
    3. (iii) Contact Number
    4. (iv) Address
  2. b) Nature and Description of Complaint
  3. c) Declaration that the information provided is correct and complete to the best of information and knowledge of the complainant.

IndiaBonds may reach out to you to confirm or discuss certain details about your complaint and issues raised.
IndiaBonds shall not be responsible for any communication, if addressed, to any non-designated person in this regard.
