About the Job

The Channel Partner Acquisition is responsible for developing and managing relationships with channel partners to drive sales and revenue. They identify and onboard new partners, provide support and training, and manage the performance of existing partners.

Accountable for acquiring and sourcing new business; Sub Brokers/Channel Partners
Secure New and increased commercial opportunities through prospecting, networking and relationship building.
Design and implement business development plans for Channel Partner acquisition.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Building strong relations with Sub-brokers / Channel Partners
Ensuring channel partner productivity by increasing transaction Volume, New Client Acquisition & Reactivation

Must have skills:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Developer in BFSI Industry
- Good knowledge of sales and client onboarding.
- Ability and experience in selling concepts and business vision.
- Good Communication skills; both oral and written

Soft Skills Required:
- Should have go getter attitude and strong customer orientation.
